I Tried Everything

Of course, there are books dealing with the subject of panic attacks and anxiety. I read many of them. It seemed like there were many good ideas, but I never seemed to get to the core of the problem. I kept finding myself asking the question, "yeah, that's great, but how do I actually do it... Then I tried medicine and ended up feel worse than ever from all of the side effects those medicines caused. Then I tried counseling. While I normally felt some relief after talking to a counselor, the general feeling with all of my efforts had been that everything I had tried "just masked the fear, never eliminating it for good."

Despite my best efforts at controlling these attacks, they were getting stronger and more frequent, stopping me some days from even leaving my house. In my opinion, this program is way more superior and far more effective than any of the other things I tried. Obviously everyone is different but it has worked extremely well for me.
